Fritham, New Forest - Hobby

Farlington Marshes - 7+ Wheatears, 2 Sedge Warblers & 2 Lesser Whitethroats

Also in recent days the first Cuckoo, Redstart & Tree Pipit have been reported from suitable habitat (New Forest in particular), as well as Little Ringed Plovers from several inland locations.

Blashford Lakes - 65 Yellow-legged Gulls on Ibsley Water plus 3 Common Sandpiper.

Titchfield Haven - 53 Med Gulls, 16 Avocets, Sedge Warbler, 2 Sandwich Tern & 2 Common Tern on the scrapes, plus a Red-throated Diver past and drake Garganey & 2 Little Gulls in the Upper Haven.

Needs Ore Point (PERMIT ONLY) - 3 Common & 1 Sandwich Terns plus 25 Swallows, Wheatear, Whimbrel & 20 Eider.

Hurst Beach - 5 Shag, 11 Common Scoter, 2 Ravens, Wheatear, 3 Med Gulls, 3 Sandwich Tern and hirundines.

Hook-with-Warsash - 4 Little Gull past

Calshot - Marsh Harrier flew towards Tichtfield Haven

Timsbury - 2 Garganey plus 2 Mandarins still on the floods south of the gravel pit.

Titchfield Haven - 4 Garganey (2 pairs) still on the Posbrook Floods plus a Green Sandpiper. Also Sandwich Tern & large numbers of Med Gulls on the scrapes

Timsbury - 2 Garganey still on the floods just south of the gravel pit
